Dr. Ioannis Nikitidis experience as a medical doctor, dietician and a masters degree holder in “Exercise and Health” has made him an invaluable asset to the Vityl medical team. He currently assists our consulting doctors with;

Highlights

Dr. Ioannis Nikitidis has been a practicing medical doctor since 2012 and a registered dietician since 2004. He also holds a masters degree in “Excercise and Health” and a specialist certification of Obesity Professional Education by the World Obesity Federation.

Dr. Nikitidis life revolves around healing patients with integrative med., healthy living, exercise and preventative med.

His research interests include the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases like heart disease, obesity, diabetes, cancer and the impact of nutrition, weight-loss and exercise on these diseases.

Over the last 16 years Ioannis has treated thousands of men suffering from sexual dysfunction. His experience shows that lifestyle changes and a healthy BMI were key to improving sexual performance.
